Music Ministry

Choirs that provide music and leadership at Mass. All that is needed is a strong desire to praise the Lord in song and be able to carry a tune and blend with the group. For more info call The Parish Office.

Proclaimers

Responsible for proclaiming God’s Word to those gathered at Mass. They prepare so they can proclaim the Word with dignity, clarity, and understanding. God speaks to His people through the words spoken by the proclaimers.  For more info call The Parish Office.

Extraordinary Ministers of Holy Communion

Extraordinary Ministers assist with the distribution of the Body and Blood of Christ at Mass. They share in the profound mystery we celebrate in the Eucharist. To be a minister you must be confirmed and be a Catholic in good standing.  For more info call The Parish Office

Ministers to the Sick & Homebound

Bring Eucharist and comfort to the members of the parish community who are confined to home, hospital or nursing home and who cannot participate in the communal celebration. This ministry is an extension of the parish Eucharistic Ministry. The minister uses a liturgical format of readings and prayers and is assigned weekly visits. For more info call The Parish Office.

Art & Environment

Creates a spiritual environment to reflect the liturgical seasons. The ministers provide visual and sensory symbols that support the liturgical actions. They also enhance the sacred space to provoke thought, encourage faith and inspire prayer in a worshipful atmosphere. For more info call The Parish Office.

Altar Servers

Children (who have made their first communion) from third grade through high school who assists the priest and deacon at Mass. The server helps the liturgical actions run smoothly and makes the Mass as prayerful as possible. It is a great honor and privilege to be able to come and serve God in this ministry.  Call the Parish Office.

Ushers

Ministers of hospitality who welcome fellow parishioners as they arrive for Mass, seat people and take up the collection. Ushers help create an atmosphere of worship by promoting good order and a sense of community. They welcome people and make them feel that their presence is important and appreciated.  For more info call The Parish Office.

Sacristan

Set up vessels for daily and Sunday masses. Ministers set up Mass vessels, hosts, wine, water, purificators, etc for one or two masses each week.  For more info, call The Parish Office.
